Infant Support Care (up to 16 months)
This specialized service bridges the gap between postpartum care and early childcare, designed to support parents with infants up to 16 months old. This service is offered on an as-needed basis, depending on availability, to provide the support you need, when you need it most.
This service is ideal for parents:
Transitioning to daycare part-time
Working from home with an infant
Coping with sleep regressions or cluster feeding phases
Needing occasional, flexible support without committing to regular childcare

This infant support care service is designed to meet the unique needs of both parents and babies during the first 16 months. It’s flexible, responsive, and focused on providing the right kind of support when you need it most. Here’s what’s included:
Infant Care with a Purpose: Gentle, attentive care for your baby while you rest, focus on personal tasks, or catch up on sleep. This includes soothing, feeding (as instructed), diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities to support your baby’s development.
Daycare Transition Support: For families easing into daycare, I offer short-term, flexible care to help bridge the gap. This allows your baby to gradually adjust to time away from you, while still being in a familiar, comforting environment.
Sleep Regression Support: If you’re facing challenging nights due to sleep regressions, I can provide overnight support or daytime rest coverage to help you catch up on much-needed sleep while ensuring your baby’s needs are met.
Parental Support, Not Just Baby Care: This service is about more than just caring for your baby—I’m here to support you as a parent. Whether you need reassurance, guidance on infant routines, or simply someone to lean on during tough phases, I’ve got you covered.
As-Needed Flexibility: Unlike traditional childcare, this service is available on an as-needed basis, depending on my availability. There’s no long-term commitment—just support when you need it most.

This infant support care service is designed for parents with babies up to 16 months old who need flexible, short-term support that goes beyond traditional childcare. It’s ideal for families who:
Are Transitioning to Daycare: If you’re not ready to jump straight into full-time daycare, I provide a gentle bridge with flexible care to help your baby adjust gradually while offering you peace of mind.
Need Focused Time for Themselves: Whether you’re working from home, managing household tasks, attending appointments, or simply craving a few uninterrupted hours, I’m here to support you while caring for your little one.
Are Experiencing Sleep Regressions: When exhaustion sets in during tough sleep phases, I can offer overnight support or daytime care so you can catch up on rest and recharge.
Prefer Occasional, On-Demand Support: This service is perfect for families who don’t need a regular nanny or babysitter but want reliable, professional care on an as-needed basis.
Value Postpartum-Informed Care: If you’re looking for support that considers both your baby’s developmental needs and your well-being as a parent, this service is tailored for you.
This is a flexible, responsive service designed to meet you where you are, offering support when you need it most.

While this service is designed to be flexible and supportive for many families, there are certain situations where it may not be the right fit:
Sick Babies Needing Medical Care: If your baby has been sent home from daycare due to illness or is experiencing symptoms such as fever, vomiting, or contagious infections, I won’t be able to provide care. This ensures the health and well-being of all families I support.
Full-Time Childcare Needs: This is an as-needed service, not a replacement for a nanny or full-time caregiver. If you require ongoing daily care, I may not be the best fit for your family’s needs.
Unprepared Care Environments: To provide the best care possible, I ask that all essentials (feeding supplies, diapering items, sleep space, etc.) be set up prior to my arrival. If you prefer a more hands-off, come-as-you-are approach, a traditional babysitter or nanny may be a better fit.
Last-Minute Overnight Bookings: While I offer overnight care, I require advance notice to ensure I can provide the level of support you and your baby deserve.
This service is best suited for parents looking for flexible, short-term support that blends expert infant care with postpartum-informed guidance. If you're unsure whether this service is right for you, I’m happy to discuss your needs in a consultation!

While babysitting typically focuses on supervising children for a set period of time, this infant support care service is designed with a deeper, more holistic approach to both infant and parental well-being. Here’s how it’s different:
Postpartum-Informed Care: As a postpartum doula, I bring specialized knowledge about infant development and parental needs during the early months. My focus isn’t just on your baby’s safety but also on supporting your family’s overall adjustment and well-being.
Parent-Focused Support: This service is as much about caring for you as it is about your baby. Whether you need time to rest, reset, or tackle personal tasks, I’m here to create space for you to thrive—not just provide childcare.
Flexible, As-Needed Availability: Unlike traditional babysitting, which often involves recurring schedules, this service is offered on an as-needed basis, depending on availability. It’s designed to support families during transitional periods, challenging phases, or whenever unexpected needs arise.
Support for Life Transitions: From navigating daycare transitions to coping with sleep regressions, I provide guidance and reassurance rooted in postpartum care principles, helping you manage the emotional and practical aspects of early parenthood.
A Collaborative Approach: I work with parents, not just for them. Whether you’re home or stepping out, my role is to complement your parenting journey, offering both practical help and emotional support tailored to your family’s needs.

To ensure a smooth and supportive experience, I ask that everything your baby needs is prepared before I arrive. This helps me focus fully on caring for your little one while you rest, work, or take time for yourself.
Before Each Visit:

Diapering Essentials: Diapers, wipes, creams, and a designated changing area set up.
Sleep Space: A safe sleep environment if your baby will be napping during my visit (e.g., crib, bassinet, sleep sack).
Comfort Items: Pacifiers, loveys, or any items that help soothe your baby.
Clear Instructions: Any specific routines, care preferences, or notes on your baby’s current needs.
